Nice rims on a beater

I'm sure this phenomenon exists in all North American towns and cities, but it still makes me laugh when I see a motor vehicle sporting rims worth more than the vehicle itself! I guess I understand how the shiny silver distracts from the ghetto paint job. But still, who do you think you're fooling?
