Shocker! Quebec liquor stores to sell Quebec wine!

Given Quebec's strong national identity, you'd think its government run liquor monopoly would help vintners get their products on its shelves. Well, unfortunately, it doesn't. That may all change, however, with word the SAQ is going to give wine makers a break.
